At Ecogardens, our approach to design is holistic, fulfilling a client's wishes while remaining sensitive to the preservation of each site's environmental integrity. We have established a detailed design program that analyzes the existing site conditions, and respects the client's desired result and budget. Our Design Package includes the following:

Initial meeting: Our designer visits your space and introduces you to the Ecogardens approach to landscaping.

Design Proposal: We submit a design proposal and estimated budget for your project based upon the initial interview. Here, we welcome client feedback to ensure our work satisfies all expectations.

Concept Preparation and Review: Once a design proposal is approved, we prepare concept options for each space. These concepts are detailed, color renderings for the client's review and consideration.

Final Review: Once review of the concepts is complete, we take feedback and translate the concept into a final design plan. This 'Installation Proposal' outlines the construction process and provides a comprehensive horticultural list.

Installation: Upon final approval of the ‘Installation Proposal’, we schedule your project for production.

Build.
Any project, from complete green roofs down to the smallest rain garden, is only as good as the materials sourced to build it. This is why our construction process begins long before installation, when we hand select the right materials for each unique job. Our years of expertise with sustainable materials, along with ongoing research into new technologies, guarantee that our landscapes are healthy and safe for clients, their families and friends, and the environment around them.

We work closely with each client to devise a concise installation schedule. As our team of skilled workers advance through the job, we keep communication lines open to update clients on our progress and address any questions that might arise.

Our final step is to tour the landscape with each client to address questions and potential concerns. This walkthrough provides an opportunity for us to offer maintenance recommendations and explain usage guidelines for any features that require clarification. Only once a client is comfortable with their new landscape do we consider a job complete.

Maintain.
Every maintenance schedule is custom-tailored to fit a client's specific needs. With maintenance visits ranging from bi-weekly to annually, we provide clients with a comprehensive schedule and pricing to fit their best interests. And, as an incentive to clients who contract our design and installation services, Ecogardens is happy to extend our standard one-year warranty covering plant life.
